Where do you deliver?
We are a London-based company and currently only ship UK-wide.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Shipping usually takes 2 - 4 business days. For our iced chai tonic, we dispatch next day and it is delivered with ice packs on a next day basis to preserve its freshness.
Do you offer returns?
If your order has arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied, please contact alok@sochateaco.com to discuss a refund. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer returns.
Thoughts on sugar?
Whilst cutting sugar is fashionable, we still see it as an essential element of genuine masala chai — it’s part of the tradition and part of the flavour. We sell healthier alternatives like natural jaggery, but believe that masala chai is incomplete without an adequate amount of sugar (or alternative).
