Sourced freshly from a family run spice farm in the lush hills of Kerala, India, this spice adds a rich and remarkable taste to any chai.
The Peppercorns are left to age and mature on the pepper vine. They are hand harvested and dried in naturally fired warmers. They are then sorted and graded to be 4.50 mm or above. These practices ensure that our Peppercorns have an exceptional balance of aroma and spice. Furthermore, our Black Pepper is not ground, which ensures that the essential oils and flavour is kept tightly inside ready to be unleashed.
